ORDER AND DELIVERY

When will I recive my order?

Orders are delivered through Correos Express or TNT in Spain and UPS, TNT or FEDEX in the rest of the world within a period of:

• 4 to 8 business weeks in Spain
• 4 to 8 working weeks in the European Community
• 4 to 8 working weeks in the rest of the world

We recommend that you use an address where someone can personally receive the package during business hours.

Our company does not have stock, we do not believe in this method as it can create waste and does not have a sustainable time frame of the product, we believe in an alternative method, we will send you an email with all the information if you wish.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once the order has been placed, we cannot modify it. To cancel or change the order, send an email to info@juliagescriba.com and we will modify it for you.

PAYMENT METHODS

What forms of payment do you accept?

• Bank transfer / Bizum
• Credit card
• PayPal

RETURNS

The customer will bear the cost of the return. Request the return by mail to info@juliagescriba.com within a period not exceeding 15 business days following the date of receipt of the product with the following information:

1. Do you want a refund or size change?
2. Reason for return.
3. Direction of collection.
4. A minimum interval of 4 hours when someone will be at the destination address to deliver the garment.
5. A contact telephone number to coordinate with the carrier.

Products must be returned:

In its original condition, together with the accessories related to them, it cannot be used, washed or damaged.

Júlia G Escribà will coordinate the collection of the garment at the address specified by the client. Only refunds administered by Júlia G Escribà with her shipping agency will be accepted.

For size changes, you must hand over your clothes to the courier when the correct size is delivered.

In case you want a refund and not a size change, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made the payment.
